Shipping policy

Delivery is free on every order and goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Each piece is made to order and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. We deliver to UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and islands.

Processing time

  • Every Amy Studio piece is printed to order from plant-based PLA, so we start making it after you order.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday start on the next working day.

Delivery time and tracking

  • All orders ship by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • Royal Mail aims to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch. This is Royal Mail's estimate, not a guarantee, and deliveries to some remote areas can take longer.
  • When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery costs

  • UK delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

Where we deliver

  • We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and islands.
  • We don't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

Checking your address

  • Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, including your house number and postcode.
  • If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update the address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
  • If a parcel is returned to us because the address entered at checkout was wrong or incomplete, we'll refund your order minus the postage cost we paid to send it.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, or it shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, see section 6, Lost or delayed parcels, in our Returns and Refunds Policy. It explains how we investigate with Royal Mail and when we send a replacement or refund.
